3.1 Account Security
The security of your pk445 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials, password and security question answers strictly confidential. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other site.
- Never share your account credentials with any third party.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation
pk445 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, involvement in money laundering or illegal activities, operating multiple accounts, or using the identity of a third party.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is credited to the account balance immediately.

New members at pk445 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to activate the bonus.
- Wagering Requirement: 10 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The first deposit made after registration will be considered eligible for the bonus.
- The bonus must be used within a set period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers
The following general rules apply to all promotions and bonus offers:
- A bonus offer applies only once per member, per household, per device or per IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
- pk445 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If evidence of misuse of any promotional offer is found, the bonus and any related winnings in the account concerned may be cancelled.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed while betting and gaming on pk445:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn.

7.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback. Achieved by carrying out more gaming activity.

7.2 VIP Terms
VIP cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. There is no separate wagering requirement on cashback. However, regular account activity must be maintained to remain eligible to receive cashback. pk445 reserves the right to review any member's VIP tier.
